Kuni's Sushi Journey is a service run by the second generation owner of the long-established sushi restaurant "Ginza Maguroya" and an active restaurant consultant with a thorough understanding of the tourism industry. Inbound sushi experiences allow foreigners to learn about the historical background in English and experience making nigiri sushi in an easy-to-understand way. We also offer a variety of activities, including support for opening sushi restaurants overseas, restaurant consulting in Japan, sushi catering services, and marketing support to attract tourists.
About
Representative: Kunihiro Suzuki
He grew up watching his father run a long-established sushi restaurant, and gained experience in real estate from the perspective of store development. He then joined a foreign-affiliated restaurant development company, working in sales and marketing. His sales skills, connections, and connections with agents were recognized, and he was involved in the launch of "Kidzania". He was in charge of sales, sales, and planning. After 10 years, he worked as the sales manager for "Dantame!", a restaurant reservation service specializing in travel agencies. Taking over his family's sushi restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic, he now teaches sushi classes and provides sushi catering services.
His hobby of saunas led him to also work in the sauna installation business.
